Use
1. Prepare your skin: exfoliate and moisturize 24 hours before application.
2. Apply the foam to dry skin using a glove in circular motions.
3. Leave on for 4 to 8 hours depending on the desired intensity, then rinse with clean water.
4. Maintain your tan by reapplying every 3 to 5 days.
